Rubbermaid warrants to the original owner that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase. Rubbermaid Consumer Services reserves the right to request photographic proof of product defect, and request that the defective product in question be shipped to Rubbermaid Consumer Services to verify the defect or to aid in quality control efforts.
