Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great trash can, lid is cracking after 9 years This has been a great container. Very durable and easy to use. After 9 years our trash lid has cracked and broken from normal use/weather, but the rest of the container is sound. Is there any way to purchase a replacement lid??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Withstood a bear This is my second can. Its about 5-7 years old. The first one wore out due to being dropped on the corner by the garbage man. This one has the same problem and isn't quite ready to be replaced. One night, my wife woke me up and told me that it sounded like something was in our garbage can. We have had a few bear sightings recently so I went downstairs to investigate. I looked out the window and couldn't find the garbage can anywhere. The next morning, I went outside expecting a mess and didn't find any. We live on a 1/3 acre property with woods behind it. The garbage can was gone. That evening I went searching in the woods and found the can. The thing was dragged over a fallen tree and left behind about 30 yards into the woods. Much to my surprise the lid was still on it and the trashbag was inside and intact! The only new damage to the can are a few bite marks on the handle.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs better lid! The trash can itself seems durable but I just purchased less than 2 weeks ago and the lid has a huge crack/hole, I think the squirrels may have bit through it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 50 ga. RoughNeck Wheeled Trash Can Have had the trash can for a few months when the wheel can and wheel came off as the garbage was picked up. No trace of the wheel or wheel cap. Can you get parts for them. The can is still good.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wheels are horrible. Not as shown in picture! Pail is great, no problem with cover. Wheels are made of cheap thin plastic, eventually split in half. Wheels shown in picture is how the pail used to come years ago! They were indestructible!
