45 Gal Wheeled Trash Can is rated 3.1 out of 5 by 55.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wheels break under normal conditions. Bought two cans less than a year ago. Center of wheel broke in first six months. Wheel finally came off a few days ago. The lids are difficult to pull off and put back on the can. Looking to replace wheel if I can. Trash cans aren't cheap.

Under light use on a paved surface they will probably last a reasonable amount of time. Anything more challenging than that and they do not hold up. I have about a 60-yard roll on a gravel road from my garage to my garbage pick-up point. They don't last. Rubbermaid does not offer replacement parts, So you are out of luck. The lid is slightly wonky—sometimes fussy to secure against a strong wind. And the wheels are not great even before they break, but those are nits. Except for the wheel issue and the lack of replacement parts, this would be a 3 star item, maybe 4 stars if you factor in the price relative to alternatives.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Except for plug in center! These waste cans (I have 2) have been fine except I've been noticing flies are getting in due to a plug in the center of the handle that's gone missing--it's come out so there's hole in the top (why the heck have a plug in the center of the handle to begin with?!!)and now flies can get in and lay eggs to surprise me with maggots now, I'm so annoyed!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly constructed The wheels are thin plastic and they DO NOT hold up. The handle is poorly designed and is easily ripped off in use and the lid lock is poorly designed and does not secure the lid.
