Rated 1 out of 5 by from Handle broken by trash hauler We all know that "sanitation engineers" are not the most careful when emptying trash cans, however I did not expect them to break the handle. See the attached photos and please contact me with a resolution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wheel and axle replacement Bought about 2months ago and pleased with it but cap fell off axle and lost wheel when waste was dumped from it by collection company. Cannot find replacement for wheel or cap.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Older trash cans lasted. This one broke first use. Bought this a little more than month ago. On the first use an end cap came off one of the wheels. Took it back to my store and, because I'd gone beyond the 1 month mark, I now have to contact support for replacement wheels or caps. Fingers crossed for a smooth experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lost points because of the lid I have the blue and the black roughneck wheeled bins. The bins themselves are what I wanted and I'm happy with them. Like so many on this site, I've had issues with squirrels chewing the lid and wanted to buy a replacement. It's very disappointing to learn that the instructions to order replacement lids applies only to residents of the US. You can do better Rubbermaid

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lids are worthless, can okay Trash can has lasted but the lids are flimsy and cracked as well as became food for squirrels in spite of not having household waste, just yardwaste. I don't feel I should have to buy more Rubbermaid cans, just the lids and wish they were made like the older wheelled trash cans which lasted a longer time than the body of the trash can.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Handles disappear. About 4 weeks from purchase the handlle disappeared.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The lids are horrible. The trash cans themselves are strong and durable the lids however are horrible! And i can't find replacements to purchase anywhere!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trash Lids Nice strong containers but really low quality lids. I have three cans and only have one lid left now, which has also been easily chewed by squirrels. We have tried a number of stores but none of them sell replacement lids. Why will a brand like Rubbermaid not sells lids, especially if you know they are of really low quality?
