Slide Lid Shed is rated 2.4 out of 5 by 84.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leftover "parts" The storage shed too 2 people over 4 hours. Not easy to assemble. I have "hooks" left over but product description said storage hooks do not come with and the instruction mention "accessory hooks" but do not say when they might go. I wish I had read the reviews on Rubbermaid site before I purchased. I will call customer service to see if they have a clue about where the accessory hooks go. Hopefully they were left out of the major assembly instructions meaning the shed would not be structurally sound.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lid won't slide I just received and assembled the shed. The lid has stuck when pushed back from the very beginning. It is installed on a level concrete foundaion. I have tried to adjust he kidnaps but it is making the problem worse!!!! I am hopeful Rubbermaid will assist me but I wish I had avoided this shed altogether.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wish I had read reviews before buying this I wish I had read reviews before I bought this shed. It looks like I'm having the same problem as many others, a roof that wont slide open. So frustrating that I own a shed that doesnt properly work and I cant return it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NICE SHED, BUT NON-FUNCTIONAL SLIDING ROOF I just bought this shed a few days ago and it looks great once assembled. Nice shed for my purposes. Holds a lawn mower, gas cans and some gardening tools. Solid construction - except the sliding front roof is difficult to operate. It keeps getting caught on the stationary back roof. Needs more clearance space. I'm sure that the reason for the non-functional sliding roof is due to the fact that I have the shed on a dirt foundation - rather than a solid (concrete or asphalt) foundation - but it is after all a shed for the backyard. The designers should have taken that into consideration. Seems to be a consistent issue based upon the other reviews.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Perfect size, imperfect design Great storage shed for our purposes. Height is lower than our fence, so there's no HOA issue. Holds a good amount of items - lawn mower, snow blower, fertilizer spreader, trimmer, bean-bag-toss boards, and smaller miscellaneous things. The design on this shed needs some serious attention. I came here looking for replacement parts for the lid, but ended up reading all these reviews and was kind of shocked that there were so many of the same issues. The lid warps. The support on the inside is lacking. The screws strip the plastic so they won't grip. The lid won't open as it should, it gets caught on the back roof panel. To top it all off, you can't take it back and exchange it. The warranty period is pointless. Now I've got a shed that I can't get into, and I'm out $300 with no way to improve or modify the shed. Steer clear!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wonderful design but totally non-functional During the one year warranty period, I noticed the sliding lid was hanging up on "something", but since it's seldom used I let it pass. Then the problem got worse and worse until I had to crawl into the shed to prop the slider up to clear the stationary roof. After fussing with it and checking screws for proper torque, I shaved some of the edge of the stationary roof off, and the slider would work again...for a little bit. To counteract the sagging stationary roof, I fashioned a brace to bring the sides of the shed together, and once again it worked for a little while but then the same problem occurred. The metal joint of the slider was hanging up on the stationary roof again. I removed the brace, took the slider off and disassembled it and re-assembled it to make sure there were not any flaws, and there were not. I did add some screws to the metal joint, and that helped a bit but again, not for long. Now it's hanging up again and I've run out of ideas to fix it myself, and being out of warranty I'm stuck with an aggravating product. If it had been shabbily designed or poorly constructed I would feel it was my fault for not being more careful with my purchase, but as it is, I'm hoping that I will have a contact from the company who can help me resolve the issue of what I think is a sagging roof.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not made well I've had this shed for 4 years, I have to keep replacing the hinges. Why do I have to call to order parts? It's 2018 you don't have an online catalog?
