Rated 1 out of 5 by from Roof no longer slides We’ve had this shed a little over a year. Like others, our roof is sagging and when we took out out the stuff we stored over the winter, we discovered that it is now leaking. Had I read these reviews, I also would have reconsidered. I know Rubbermaid has a great reputation so we’re EXTREMELY disappointed. I no longer have the receipt so Home Depot can’t help. Guess I’ll look for another alternative.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I hope to invent a workaround for the WEAK hinge Clearly, RubberMaid knows the door hinges are a weakness: they send replacements for free. That's truly WONDERFUL. However, I don't want to keep replacing hinges... and the bad hinge eventually tears out the seam on the door "sleeve" (The hinge is a pin, the door top has a sleeve.) Will they send a replacement door for free? With my next replacement, 1) I hope to find a way to bond a strong/flate plate to the top of the hinge so it won't break so easily. And 2) I hope to find a way to make the sleeve stronger as well. We'll see how that goes! If I can fix it, I will have zero complaints about this shed. I've had no roof issues at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sliding Lid - Non-Functioning Design I wish I had done more homework before I purchased the product. I wish I had my back, I’d be glad to give the container back. Spent too much to just throw it away, but it belongs in the garbage. The sliding lid sags in the center making it completely non-functional. It was never right from the start. I have to go to the center, pry up the slide part of the roof and push it back. I have to push and pull on the roof so much, there is no way its going to last. So frustrated and annoyed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size Bought this shed a few weeks ago. Put it on a treated wood platform so it would be level. Works great, I have no problems with the roof. It’s a perfect size. I have a 6’ wall in a subdivision with HOA.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Near zero quality. We just finished assembling this shed and, frankly, it wasn't worth the effort. Design, materials, value -- all are bottom of the barrel. I could see this priced at under $100 IF it were ready for assembly, which it was not. To start with, if the item requires a concrete pad or equivalent, that should be mentioned IN THE ADVERTIZING! The sad part is that now we must go to the trouble of disassembly so we can set it out with the trash.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good shed Just assembled mine yesterday. Picked it up at Lowes around 11am and by 3pm I finished the assembly. Not a problem, did it all by myself. I did use a No 9 VIX-Bit Self Centering drill bit to pre-drill all the holes. This made the sheet metal screws included with the product much easier to screw into the plastic and keep them centered. Also, be sure not to over tighten. If using an electric power driver be very careful!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Practical but with some flaws.... I've used this shed for about a year to store different items in it through out the year. I have a structural shed but it is located in another section of the backyard, this is kept on the cement patio close to the house. So it gets plenty of use...however there are several flaws with some of the way it is put the together. For example, I am also having the same issue as many where the roof does not slide, looks like the plastic roof is bent or something is bent so it prevents it from sliding correctly. I need to force the roof up a little and push to get it to slide. I'm about to order my second set of "hinges" for the door (left side) for some reason the locking pole on the inside doesn't seem to have a hole to secure into and therefore the door has swung out several times and the hinges have broken off (plastic inserts snap). If you can live with some of these deficiencies it is worth it if you will use it and like I said can live with having to open it a special way and may need to order replacement parts once a year.
