FastTrack® Brackets is rated 2.6 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good fit and finish They say you get what you pay for. I didn't get what I pay for. The reviews tell the entire story. High price - bad design. $7 for a bracket, then another $10 for shelves, $10 for eac 48" upright rail (you need 3 minimum) - so you end up spending close to $165 for one of such systems (4 shelves, 3 upright rails, 1 fast track, and 12 brackets). I am an engineer myself and put in efforts to make sure the tolerance stack up nicely. The fasttrack garage brackets fit OK on the fast track garage rails. But the shelving has to be "adjusted" to make it fit in the slot and then slide the clip over it. Also the whole point of the system should be to make it more sturdy. But the front end of the bracket remains open and I was hoping that Rubbermaid would be providing some clip to secure the shelf and the front end of the bracket. It is not worth the money. $7 for a bracket is like price gouging for a metal piece. It is better to buy studs and make a shelf out from it. Disappointed indeed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Features i've used FastTrack system before and had no difficulty with fastening it to the wall. I spent a lot of money purchasing a new FastTrack system to install in my new home. Everything went up great; however, the only problem is the little caps at the end of the shelves. When you buy them, they are in a bag with anchors, screws and a mixed bag of caps. There is not enough small and medium size caps. As a result, I needed to purchase additional caps but had no need for all that hardware. Why should I pay for unnecessary parts that will not be used? RubberMaid, how can you help me with this problem?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mixed reviews Several shelves I bought a year ago now suddenly do not fit with the current style brackets that they just redesigned. A good product but this seriously erks me and now renders my shelves useless unless I can find the other style brackets.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from replacement parts I have used the Rubber Maid shelving products before with great success. However, I purchased this shelf kit (7Q25) and was thoroughly disappointed. The kit came with a parts list but when I attempted to purchase additional brackets (3G63), I was told by Customer Support that the part is not available. Why would you sell a customer a kit with a parts list and NOT have those parts available?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very poor design I bought a system for my laundry room about a year ago because I liked the brackets and that I could install a rod directly. I went and bought more brackets at Lowe's today and they are extremely difficult and do not fit my other 12" shelves.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly thought out redesign I've very disappointed in rubbermaid. They newly designed brackets won't fit in older nor the newer fasttrack supports that i purchased from lowes. I love the shelving and have it in several places at my home but hate to think I'll have to purchase all new hardware just to add to my shelves. I'll be moving to another manufacture if I have to go this route.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these brackets, looking for more We installed these in a kitchen closet a couple of years ago, and I really like them. They're strong, pretty easy to install, are available in long lengths, and they don't stick out or get in the way. Now I'm shopping for brackets for install shelves in 3 more closets. I think these are the best for our purposes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Corners do not work I purchased Fasttrack shelfing for two closets. Included in my purchase was the Free Slide corners. I had to do a lot of modification, (cutting and notching of shelf supports) to make the corners work. The center rod on the shelf is a larger diameter. I was told by the Associate at Lowes that all would work and no glaring caution was published by Rubbermaid. For the money I paid, I am very disappointed (very pricey). I thought that Rubbermaid would be a top notch product, but unfortunately I was wrong.
