Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for baby transitioning off bottles This is the only cup my baby would drink from when we tried to transition her off a bottle. Our Occupational Therapist actually recommended it and I am so glad she did! There are a lot of small pieces with this thing though, so we always hand wash those right away and set in a safe place so they doesn't get lost. We have ruined a couple straws from them falling in the garbage disposal too. But, I'm not sure what else people are having a hard tim with! We've used these for almost a year and they have been great. The white part on top is usually the culprit if fluid isn't coming out-- it may have not been put back in correctly after washing, and it has to be firmly in place, and the white straw has to be pushed all the way back for fluid to come out-- this may be an issue people think is a malfunction, but it's really just operator error imo. Once you figure out those things, it's simple to use. There are easier to wash sippy cups out there with less pieces, but, I do love these cups because of their design and ease of use for young kids! They were a lifesaver for our daughter and many other kids in feeding therapy who have difficulty using a normal sippy cup or regular glass.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from top part fell off by itself within a week I love Rubbermaid products. But I'm super disappointed with this one. With no more than a week's use, the top fell off on its own and got lost. My kid got very upset when noticing that at school.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great idea. Bad Execution. I bought my son and daughter each 2 of these so we didnt have to pay for juice boxes and to ease up on the recyclables we were sending to school. Not even two days and they all stopped working. Not able to suck through the straw like there is a hole in the straw but there isn't. From what im reading there is some sort of gasket that can wash off pretty easy rendering the container useless for its purpose.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Like the idea, but straws crack I really like the idea of these juice boxes but the straws have started to crack. It's hard to find replacement straws in Canada and I'm not paying $2 a straw (minimum). For a little bit more I could just replace the whole thing, which defeats the entire purpose. It's also really hard to find a regular straw in the store that would fit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great but gasket goes missing I have 2 of these and love them for morning breakfast at work. However they leak when the gasket goes missing. I contacted Customer Service and they can't replace them so they say. Parts would be great but now they are no good.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great for transition but the gaskets fall out We have purchased seven of these to help our baby transition from bottles. He likes using them but it impossible to not lose the black gasket pieces when washing. We have lost 4/7 down the drain through the dish tub we use while washing. They are pretty much garbage once that gasket is gone. I either need replacement gaskets or to find an alternative for the kiddo that doesn’t have tiny parts like that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We've had great success.. We loved the 8.5 oz so we bought the 16 oz and have had great success using them for school lunches. We have had no leaking issues. Did lose a straw so looking online to replace that. Spout should be pushed up and back as far as it can go in order for juice to come out for drinking.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible I bought 2 of the 6 packs a couple work perfectly most of them leak there is air in the straw so its hard to suck. I am upset because I used them years ago and they were perfect for lunches , I bought them for the school year and it is a waste of money.
