Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be great but O-ring is a problem I bought 12 of these so we could always have them filled in the fridge and ready to grab for the park, school, etc. For the most part, they are great. One of the tops leaked, so we tossed it and were down to 11... 1 leaking out of 12 is not that bad. But here’s the problem. My daughter would come home with the white spout detached. She told me that it would pop off when she opened the bottle. This wouldn’t be such a big deal except the O-ring is lost every time this happens. So now we are missing 5 O-rings and are down to only 6 bottles. There should be a replacement part offered as it’s incredibly wasteful for the whole juice box to be useless over such a small part.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is really bad experience I bought this for my kid who is a special kid. It turns out to be the only box that he can drink the water. We did try many other stuffs but he doesn't like them. The only issue is that the black rubber string is very easy to fall out which makes us really crazy. They don't sell the parts, then we need to buy a new one... We then have a dozen which are not working just because the missing part... Don't buy this if you don't really need it. We hate the design and wish them could sell the part. It's a waste, and it could be bad to our environment as well, as it's plastic and it's not working... You need to fix the design to make it last longer or even include/sell the rubber ring parts just not to recycle/reuse the thing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the old ones! We have used these juice boxes for my son who has special leads for over 20 years. We have kept the old ones because every time I buy these new replacements they leak and now the tops even pop off. Also, I used to be able to buy extra straws and now that is not an option. The old straws do not fit the new cups.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Litterless juices boxes I bought several litterless juice boxes a few weeks ago, and half of them lost their black rubber rings when my kids used them in school, so now the liquid comes out of the bottles. And we can not use them anymore, just because they were poorly designed and a very small piece of rubber went astray... I am very disappointed to see that we can not receive spare parts!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What Happened!? I used to use these as a kid. Bought three for my three to take in their lunches. One works alright but the other two have no suction so they can't get any liquid up through the straw. I have looked and looked again and cannot figure out what the problem could be. So frustrating! Was hoping for a sustainable, inexpsensive, and healthy alternative to juice boxes by making our own at home...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Used to be great- wht happened? I bought these with my older kids and never had an issue. Now with my youngest, looks like a black rubber ring is missing and the sippy cup does not work. I wish I could buy replacement parts

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sorry I bought these! I bought 3 of these two weeks ago for my daughters school lunch. All three leak terribly! They soak her lunch and her as she sips from the cups. I had older versions of these that were amazing which makes this far more disappointing to me.
