Hydration Chug Bottle is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 40.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable design Bought this bottle 3 years ago and couldn't be happier with it. I take it everywhere I need to go for field work; it has held up to scorching summer months in southwestern Texas (left in car for a couple of days with water in it and no moldy odor was left afterwards) and chilling cold temperatures in northern Alaska. Has had a few major drops here and there: the lid has lost one of the tiny support posts (as seen in first image) that keeps it attached to the cap. However, it still holds up and doesn't come off as easy as I thought it would. I have to force it up for it to come off. VERY resistant to scratches. I learned to "seal" the lid with duck tape during rough rides (ATV, motorcycle, snow machine, airplanes) not because the lid popped open but as a safety method (I do this to any other bottle I intend to take on) to avoid wet messes inside my backpack. Was thinking on replacing it for one of those fancy vacuum insulated water bottles (cold drinks warm up during the first 2 hours in this one) but they just don't have the 30oz capacity or the one-hand mechanism or the narrow-mouth or the car's cup-holder fit that this one has. The design of it all was just perfect for my kind of lifestyle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problematic, YMMV I've been using one of these for a while and the top is prone to pop off, even if you hear the snap as you push down onthe drink flap. SO, never put this in a bag with liquid inside

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Top doesn't close Bought two of these. Absolutely no point to a travel water bottle with a top that doesn't lock shut. Just lays on top. May as well throw these out and start over.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaking top Purchased this water bottle to carry during hiking trips. Found out that the cap does not seal and it leaked all over items in backpack. This should be noted on package that it is not leak proof.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't seal I bought this drink bottle today thinking it would be excellent for the gym - wrong! It doesn't seal shut, the "lid" just sits over the top with absolutely no spill-proofing at all. Wouldn't have bought it if I had known this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features and colors. I recently purchased one of the rubbermaid hydration bottle a couple days ago. I love it. It's durable bottle. It has been knocked over twice, no damage no leak. It's a great buy for any one that's on the go that loves to take there fluids with them. I would highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Design and Exciting Colors Our family love these Hydration chug bottles. We have all four colors which works well for our family of four. We recently lost several of them and miss them. The lids and design are solid and have had no problems in the years we have had them.
