Rated 1 out of 5 by from Impossible to drink from I just bought this today, am using it for the first time. The spout closes while you are trying to drink from it. Ended up with more water down my face than in my mouth

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NO REPLACEMENT PARTS ? REALLY ? Nice product, works great, UNTIL the carry loop breaks or the cap breaks. Then the whole jug is trash. At 2 years of service, all 7 jugs we use are dying one by one. Such a waste to trash the whole thing for a lid or carry tab.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy! The white rubber stopper will inevitably get funky. And when it does, Rubbermaid, in its infinite wisdom, will not sell you a replacement part! So, now all of your perfectly functional plastic cups and tops are garbage because this one tiny part cannot be replaced. I will make sure to look to other manufacturers for the hundreds of drink cups my kids will need over the course of their childhoods.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Deosn't stay in open position I love the hinged snap-close lids for this bottle style and don't have any problem with leaks if closed properly, but this style is all frustration. The white spout, when pulled up to the open position, doesn't stay there for drinking, but slides back down most of the way, making water come out the sides of the spout and not allowing more than a dribble to come out the actual spout. So, you get no water to drink, but get a nice spill down your face and clothes. I would think they tested the design for functionality, but can't see how this got past them. I've bought them twice now, thinking the first pair was a fluke. Not a fluke.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from leaked the minute we got it after shopping at 3 stores to find a leak-proof water bottle for my son's first lunchbox, we finally found this one that we thought was perfect, size-wise. he was so excited. got it home, filled it with water, put it in lunch box (made sure all seals were tight), and within an hour it was sitting in a puddle of water. So frustrated!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product lasted only 10 days I bought this Rubbermaid 20 oz. drink bottle for my son to take to school and within 10 days, the red plastic cylinder inside the white squirt pull-out top had detached from where it was attached to the red plastic underside of the screw top, rendering the squirt top function useless and making the bottle no longer useful for carrying to school because the water just pours out the squirt top. Ten days. That's a pretty poor product lifespan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kid Friendly/Great for trips The Refill and Reuse Bottles are a great addition to my collection of kid cups. I provide water for my children 24/7, and these bottles have been great for taking water on trips and having it available in the house without worry. These bottles are great for young children who drink from a cup during meals, but while out and about still benefit from having a lid. They have a larger capacity than Sippy cups and provide the spill resistance without the look of a baby cup.
