Stains Porcelain Sink Terribly
I would like to know how to clean the stains in the porcelain sink caused by these racks. All 4 corners of my sink become stained and nothing removes the stain. Yes, I clean it often with Clorex, Bleach, Baking Soda and everything else. I love the racks, even with the rust (must replace often) but my sinks are ruined from the rack stains. Please give us a clue what works to remove the stains. PLEASE.

Perfect fit
Sturdy rack fits perfectly. Couldn't find one locally, so I bought a different brand. Curved bottom and inferior product from BB&B, so I trashed it. I'm back to Rubbermaid. just wish you used a better coating so it does not chip and rust out. I have to buy them too often! They need a better coating of rubber.

Flimsy
I had the previous version of this rack, and when it rusted, I figured the best option was another of the same. I'm honestly shocked at the inferior quality of the new item. Basically a bowl sitting on it makes it collapse. I am very surprised Rubbermaid would even dare to put their name on the product, not to mention to sell this product. It's the opposite of innovation and improvements

Not even rust resistant
I have kept using the chrome dish drainer and sink rack even though they are both rusted. After talking to a neighbor, I found out she had the same problem. No where on the packing does it say rust proof or rust resistant so I hesitant to buy another. Not sure what I am going to do but have always had confidence in Rubbermaid products.

Rusted after one month of use
I've purchased the chrome rack before and had no problem. This time, however, there was significant rust after only one month. So I agree with all of the other reviews that say the quality has gone down significantly. I will not buy this product again.

Very Disappointed
I am very disheartened to find the negative reviews both here and the other stores that carry these sink protectors. I'm trying to replace mine after at least 4 years, because of rust. I don't mind doing that every 4 or 5 years. I've been using Rubbermaid's white rack protectors for more than 20 years. Now, unfortunatly, I'm trying to find an alternative. I'm disappointed that Rubbermaid has lowered their standards. In the past you could always expect a well made product. If you wanted quality, you bought Rubbermaid. It may seem like a small problem to have, but I am at that sink many times a day. It seems to me that with all of these negative reviews, something would have been done about it by now. Do the reviews eventually go to the department that could make a change? If not, why not? It would be better to not make the product at all than to make such a product that garners so many negative reviews. The strength of the metal under the coating is just as important as a thicker coating. I trust you'll post this, but please also send it to someone who can make a change. Maybe the president or the CEO of the company. Sincerely

Design alternative
This is a great quality basin rack for a small family with few dishes per day. It would be nice if the center hole support frame would run the other way so you could set a few normal plates in the rack. This design limits the size of plate due to the hole frame running across the width.
