Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should have left the old design alone! Add my name to the list of disappointed purchasers of this product. Returned it to the store today. DOES NOT COMPARE TO THE OLD PRODUCT. Poor edge design that does not work well especially with surface mounted sinks!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Drain board I have purchased a new drain board 3 weeks ago I wish I still had the receipt so I can take it back it’s not like the one that we had for 20+ years it has a few cracks but it’s back on the sink. Your new one sucks. Could you please enlighten me on how I could get the older (RUBBERMAID) drain board with rubber in it and not plastic I do think that there is a difference between plastic and rubber.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from front edge problems These drainboards do NOT have a tapered front edge, like the old ones. They have a straight edge with no slope towards the middle so the water goes anywhere it wants off the front. I am still looking for a good design. It doesn't exist at the moment. Can we make our own?! I hope Rubbermaid doesn't have 2 warehouses full of these and a new design is years down the road.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from drain board does not drain I have given up on Rubbermaid. The newer style drainboard does not function. I have to lift up the board to manually drain the water off. The last time I did this the dishes in the rack fell out. What happened to the drainboards that actually functioned?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BRING BK XL SLOPED RUBBER DRAIN BOARDS NOT PLASTIC I have purchased several different Rubbermaid Drain Boards trying to find the exact quality of SLOPED X-LARGE DRAIN BOARDS and DRYING RACK that I purchased 20 years ago. NOTHING will EVER COMPARE to my old one. Why do you sell Rubbermaid products that are not maid of rubber or fiberglass? I've spoken with many people who say your quality of products have really gone down hill over the years and I agree. It's dimensions are 15" deep x 19.3" wide by 2" tall sloping downward. PLEASE BRING BACK YOUR OLD SLOPED "RUBBER" OR "FIBERGLASS" X-LARGE DRAIN BOARDS THAT FITS THE LIPS OF SINKS AND SLOPES ENOUGH TO IMMEDIATELY DRAIN INTO THE SINK. PLEASE! If you even have an old one lying around the warehouse, I'd be interested in purchasing it from you! Yes I would recommend Rubbermaid to others with the exception of Drain Boards and Drying Racks. Please listen to the public and bring back the old drain boards. Please. Thank you for your time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wheres the rubber in Rubbermaid? I have been looking for a couple of years now for your heavy duty rubber dish mat that was always so great. Unfortunately I have not been able to find one. Your new products are very cheap and plastic. Why have the RUBBER in your name when everything is now made of PLASTIC? I would appreciate it if you could tell me where to find one instead of giving me the same response that you have given everyone else. The way I look at it is that if it isn't broken, why try to fix it?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Universal drain boards Again, replaced a good product with an inadequate one. The two cents [per board] they saved with this new board is not going to pan out for the company. The company is going to lose too many loyal customers with the bad replacements.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from downhill slide Rubbermaid, you have gone the way of too many manufacturers. The quality is not what it should be here. You will lose your customer base sad to say. Please bring back the old style drain board. You know what I mean.
