Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great ball holder for a while Worked great until my cords broke and they do not even offer replacement cords for sale.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Like the idea, but bungees broke Like every other reviewer, my bungees have broken from dry rot

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poorly made; not durable In theory this works. In reality, it broke after 1 month of use. Do not waste your money. Corrals balls fine, but if you hang it as it appears in the marketing photo, the completely normal activity of extracting and inserting event he small balls causes it to break. The design also allows it to scrape the wall, leaving marks on it. The apparatus separates from the wall attachment as a result of normal and expected use, even minimal use. Can't believe this design made it through QA/QC testing. There isn't even a screw to secure the lower corral to the wall attachments! It was just glued or welded - poorly might I add.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Idea but Poor Product Same issue as so many of these reviews so plain about...all of our bands started rotting and breaking in no time. When we first installed them I loved the sports ball organizer and it helped with garage cluttter. Just didn’t last at all and Rubbermaid neither offers just replacement bands nor (better yet) has the company redesigned to provide a better quality product. We’ve rigged them with bungee cords in the meantime but HIGHLY disappointed with the overall product. Had I read reviews before purchasing I’d had skipped on these and just used other parts of the fast track system which have had no problems at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Same for me - cords broke now junk Great idea, but my cords broke soon after installing. Will probably rig replacements with some bungee cords but its gonna look a little Archie Bunker.... It would be nice to at least offer replacements - or better yet, use a material that doesn't dry rot in one year - it's made for the garage so use materials fit for that environment! (they do exist)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed Own three of these balls racks and almost all of the rubber bands have now separated apart. I can't believe that Rubbermaid 1.) has known about this issue for years and continues to do nothing to correct it. 2.) doesn't offer the option to purchase a replacement part. Really appreciate the other reviewer's recommendation of a bungy cord.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was severely disappointed My rubber cords all busted just under 15 months of use. What a waste...now I have to buy bungee cords to replace them or throw both of my racks in the trash. Love the fasttrack system for my garage and all other pieces on my fasttrack...EXCEPT THIS ONE!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor longevity We have had the same problem with dry rotted bungee straps that so many others do. Thank you to the others customers who wrote in with specific instructions and photos for repairing the situation and making the ball rack usable again! Kudos to you! “Boo” to Rubbermaid for not acceptably addressing an obvious recurring problem with their product. Responsible action really should have been taken here. I would only recommend the product with the caveat of anticipating the repair. The idea for ball storage is great!
