Vertical Ball Rack is rated 1.7 out of 5 by 243.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor longevity We have had the same problem with dry rotted bungee straps that so many others do. Thank you to the others customers who wrote in with specific instructions and photos for repairing the situation and making the ball rack usable again! Kudos to you! “Boo” to Rubbermaid for not acceptably addressing an obvious recurring problem with their product. Responsible action really should have been taken here. I would only recommend the product with the caveat of anticipating the repair. The idea for ball storage is great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality The rubber straps dry rotted and broke. Which is fine but, to find out the company knows this and keeps selling this product is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would like to thank the people who wrote reviews on how to fix the problem so, the $30.00 I spent on this isn't wasted!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bunge Cord - Green as a replacment I agree they should offer a replacement for the bungee cords as 2 of mine broke. That being said you can just buy some bungee cords from Home Depot, Lowes etc.. color green seemed to be the perfect replacement size.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Best way to repair the bungee rubber straps Go to Lowes or HomeDepot and pick up a pair of Adjustable Bungee Tarp Straps 34" in length. See the picture for how to fit them. $3.18 ea. so a $7.00 Repair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No bungee cord replacement After a year of use the bungee cord has dried out and you can see cracks on the rubber which made it snap. There is no replacement on this and you have to buy the entire rack. Looking at the other reviews here, it seems that it is a problem with the product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broken Straps Nowhere To Be Found I visited the Rubbermaid site hoping to order a replacement set of rubber straps or bands that hold the balls in the rack. If anyone knows a resource to get these, I welcome any information as the rack works well, it is only the straps that dry out and crack over time that fail. Rubbermaid should offer a packaged set of 2 as replacements.
