Poor quality
I have been using these containers for years. I recently purchased more to replace some that were not returned to me. Second time I used one of the rectangle single compartment containers the bottom split when I tried to put the lid on. These are definitely not the same quality as in the past.

Great but breaks like glass when frozen
I generally love this product. I bought a several quarts of strawberries and froze them, excited to make smoothies. Tonight I grabbed an item and several of my containers fell and shattered, ruining my strawberries.

MY LID CRACKED TOO!
These are brand new containers, this is the first time I'm using them. On two of them (so far), the tab broke off when I was trying to open the container. I thought the first one was a fluke, then it happened again on another container, and THEN I come on here and see that the same thing happened to someone else.

The lid cracked.
Just stocked up on these as I am cooking and freezing lots of food. Bought these because it said freezer- and microwave-safe. Took one out of the freezer after one week and the corner broke off and now it won't seal properly and I can't use it again. Of course I can't return any of the containers since I unpacked them and washed them (they tell you to do that) and didn't keep receipts. Not planning on buying any more Rubbermaid containers.

Cover Breaks Too Easy
I bought these containers for my salads at work each day and not even a week in the corner has broken off and now they leak. Wish they made a studier product, even be willing to pay more for it.

Where's the blue?
I have a set of blue "sandich-sized" squares and I love them. Mine have never broken and I've used them to freeze and to microwave as well as washed them in the dishwasher. I have a spare set tucked away because I never expected these to last and last. I have a brand I've used for years (L&L) and these are just a little deeper and much less expensive. I'm single, so it's handy to split up and freeze individual servings with these: casseroles, ice cream, bread/English muffins, frozen waffles, etc. I'd buy more of this size if I could get them in blue again. My experience in all regards has been positive thus far.

Nice just right size container.
I have been using these containers for quite a while and I really like them. I read my local flyer for a food store and they are advertised as disposable. Are these meant to be used once and tossed?? I didn't think so. I even put them in my dishwasher and they are very durable. I think the market ad is misleading. Am I right?

New lid redesign weak and unsecure
I use A LOT of Rubbermaid containers. I have found them durable, of excellent design (lids interchangeable with certain sets), and economically priced, HOWEVER, the recent redesign of the TakeAlongs Squares' lids do not close securely when compared to my previously purchased TakeAlong Squares' lids.
The lids close very weakly and I would be concerned with these lids failing easily when used in lunch containers/bags.
This is really too bad as these used to be the best lunch container available.
Please reconsider the 'new' design and make them more like the previous generations more securely closing design.
Thank you.
