Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best little cooler! I lost the top to my previous identical cooler and had to buy a replacement. I throw it in the back of my Polaris Ranger for hunting year round. Best cooler for weekend warriors hands down!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great water cooler, but ... The product description reads, "The 7 Gal Water Cooler has a drip-resistant spigot and a screw tight lid to help prevent spills." The lid may screw on tight in the sense that it does not come undone and fall off but as for keeping the liquid inside the cooler during transport, not even close. If you fill it past 4 gallons it will spill in your car during transport, and if you try to carry it with one handle, plan on some wet shoes. That being said, the size and durability and the molded-in handles are all awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better size for homebrewing I purchased this cooler with the intention of using it as a mash tun for homebrewing. A 5 gallon is too small, and a 10 gallon is wasting space (and heat). So for the homebrewers out there, give a 7 gallon cooler a thought for 5 gallon or smaller batches.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaks bad Not sure if I'm missing a rubber seal on the lid, but if it's designed without one, it's terrible. Leaks all over you as you carry it or transport.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Won't keep cold even one day I bought this to use on my work truck for ice water. I like it because of its low profile, and it won't tip over as easily as the tall narrow jugs do. My tall jug will keep ice in it all day. I used this first on an 85 degree day, and the ice was gone by noon, and the water warm by mid afternoon. My other jug has an insulated lid, and this one doesn't. My opinion,is this could be the reason. I wish it worked better because I really like the low profile.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lid Not Watertight This is a great water container - we love that it holds 7 gallons rather than the standard 5 even though it is shorter and only slightly wider. Amazingly, the lid is not watertight which means that water slops out when moving it from Point A to Point B.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 7 Gallon Cooler This is a great size. Not too big and not to small. The shorter wider design is much easier to transport, fill, etc. Although this does not leak much when tipped(better than any other cooler I've owned), why can't it just be leak proof?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is easy to handle when full. The container is just the right size for our use and we are confident in it keeping our water cool and sealed from the elements. When full it is easy to manage and handle with just the correct balance.
