Worst Rubbermaid product you have ever made.
Worst Rubbermaid product I have EVER purchased. Once installed, you have to tilt the hanger to hang the clothes and then when you take it off the rod you have all you can do it remove it!!!! You need to make a support hanger that hangs at least and inch and half lower to two inches lower!!!!

Easy Install, Sturdy Product
I installed this system in my laundry room to replace self-standing rods that kept collapsing and frustrating my wife. With a family of 6 and a significant laundry load, I was looking for something heavy duty and purchased this product from local big box store.
I installed the uprights 7in from the ceiling w/o the fast track with heavy duty 3in toggle bolts using a 4ft bubble level to ensure all upright rails were vertically and horizontally level. I installed 10 linear feet of rod and shelving, one 5 foot rod about 18 in from the ceiling (home has 9ft ceilings), the second 5 foot rod about 3 ft below the upper.
Drill bits/driver bits
Total project time, 45 min. Wife claims we doubled our hanging space. I weigh 200 lb and can do pull ups using the upper bar.
Heavy duty, easy to install. Great for laundry room, no opinion on use in closet.

We purchased many closet components to reconfigure our son's closet. We have had several issues, but I will address each item individually. The rod hangers and adjustable rods do not have enough clearance to hang a hanger on; that's right once the shelf is attached to the Rubbermaid locking brackets, with the Rubbermaid rod hangers, with a Rubbermaid 2-4' adjustable rod you CANNOT place a hanger on it with out tilting the hanger sideways. Very disappointed in the item, and I would not recommend.

instructions would be helpful
I have not used this system yet. I had to stop installing to come online to see a picture or find instructions on how to install the hangers. If the package had at least a picture on the front it would be more efficient. Once I actually have them installed, with a rod, and have the clothes hung back up, I will update my review!
