HomeFree Hardware Kit is rated 2.2 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design First of all. Insufficient amount of fasteners. Anchors pull out of wall and do not work right. Second, no real design to kit. No options or suggestions as to installation. For a hundred dollars it should be more well thought out.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Better instructions needed Happy with system but really need more information re: anchors. "Fold the sides and bend" - fold which way? In or out? :/

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Plastic toggle bolts in hardware pack I was putting up the shelves with the toggle bolts and would recommend including a brief illustration or direction on the package for inserting the toggle bolts. I had to go you YouTube for instructions. It added time and was a frustrating way to start the project

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mediocre anchors Just completed installation. The anchors don't do their job. They pull out easily. I would use drywall screw-in type anchors next time. I'm not putting much weight on the shelves so these will work ok. Another peeve is that there are 10 screws in the bag and only 5 anchors. What is up with that? On top of that it was kind of pricey. Would not recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Only Mediocre In order to fit different closet sizes the shelves overlap. This is not a good look if you care about looks. The picture on the box does not accurately represent what it in the box since the top shelf appears to be 8' continuous. Shelves are 4'. Fit of the vertical standards is very sloppy where they attach to the horizontal bar that bears all of the weight and the plastic covers for the horizontal bar split when cut with scissors as directed in the instructions. End caps for the hanger rods are huge and look silly. Even sillier because they were mashed in the box and after a week have not unfolded. I have been unable to locate replacements for these anywhere. The drywall anchors are the weakest part of the system. I used five and only two tightened, the others just spin. If I install one of these on another closet I will use other anchors because I am not confident of the durability of my installation solely because of these. If you keep all of this in mind and are still undaunted then I do recommend this system. Everything else about it is good. Nice finish on the shelves. I wouldn't want to try anything heavier than clothes but it appears well up to that task.
