When you get it adjusted it's easy to handle
Extension system is very hard to lock and relock also the squeegee part of the tool is not useful as it does not clear the water from the window.

Waste of money
Terrible product i cannot believe company gets away with this, not only locking meachanism not working, most importantly rubber side is not cleaning the fluid, then what is the point of buying. The money, the effort, going and buying and now all surfaces worse than before and have no time to go and buy a working product or clean up the mess. Will be hesitant to buy a rubbermaid product again in the future..

Love this Squeegee
I actually use this squeegee for my patio tile floor!
I love it.
It gets the tiles so much cleaner than a mop.
I just wish I could find replacement mop/squeegee end for the handle, which has held up great!

Scrub pad only
Like many others I agree it is to stiff to use as a squeegee and the pole fell apart as the locking mechanism does/did not work on the last section. It will be taped together and used only as a scrubbing pad only.

Save your money.
Bought this for home windows. The rubber ? blade is so hard it won't clean the water off. Basically I can only use it for the scrubber side. Very disappointed.

parts 'not available'
Rubber squeegee deteriorated rapidly, and replacements not available on Rubbermaid site. Has no real utility without itl
