Rated 2 out of 5 by from The selling points are pointless I have been scrubbing my floors by hand for awhile because I have little ones who crawl around on them and I want them to be clean. I also need to be able to do quick clean ups after meals and when I don't have the time to hand wash my floors. The ONLY thing I was looking for when I purchased this mop was "washable". That was a neccessity. I wanted a mop that I could wash and reuse so I would not have to buy placements very often. I really wish I would have look at reviews before purchasing. It may be washable (I think, I haven't taken it off yet), but it's not replaceable unless you have another zip tie and can thread it through the mop end to reattach it (not an easy task for some people). I wanted to wash it, hoping that that would eliminate all the blue lint left behind on my floor. Unfortunately, I guess I'm back to scrubbing my floors by hand until I can get to town to buy a new head. I will definitely wash the head first before I put it on the mop next time and hope that will help with the lint problem. The wringing action is okay. It doesn't wring out the water as much as I'd like. I have to stand over the bucket and wait until the water finishes draining. Once you have it twisted as much as you can, you have to push the mop head down to wring out more water. Releasing the wringer lock is another pain. You have to twist it a little more to the left then push the release, holding on tight or it WILL pinch you. The scrub pad really doesn't work well unless you hold the mop straight up and down or you'll scratch your floor. It started to come off after the first use. It's a good concept, but they need to take it back to the table and fix the issues. Rubbermaid has always put out good quality products, so I hope they can fix the problems and make it more user friendly. Another suggestion I have is to make the mop head easily removable so it can be washed and dried, but also to allow the mop handle to dry as well. I am already seeing a lot rust under the mop head where it attaches. I can't imagine that it will last very long at this rate.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Mop Ever Purchased this mop because of the self wringing feature, big mistake. Just like previous review stated, pinches my hand every time. Also wanted to wash head and it's a headache just to get that accomplished. Feature selling points are killing the quality . Mop is a negative for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible. Would like my money back The mechanism consistently caught and pinched my hand when pressed. Then mop head came apart. i will not purchase a replacement mop head after reading online reviews about difficulty. I would like rubbermade to refund my money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible design for a refillable mop! I bought this mop and a replacement head at the same time. Today I attempted to replace the head. The mop head is billed as "washable". It may well be, but to remove it you have to cut a zip tie that holds the head to the handle. So if one were to wash it and try to reinstall, they would have to thread another zip tie through the yarn to reattach it successfully. Way more work than anyone wants to go to for a mop in my opinion. As far as replacing it all together, I'm still only half way done as I can't fully remove the plastic piece of the previous head from the handle. This is probably the last Rubbermaid mop I will purchase. This design needs to be drastically revamped.
