Twist Action Mop is rated 2.4 out of 5 by 188.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest mop to use I bought this mop a month ago and it is perfect for my household. Easy to store and most of all, easy to use. No getting my hands wet in dirty water. The mop head fibers clean out all dirty residue when washed out with Dawn dish soap. Don't have to buy multiple replacement mop heads a month.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ridiculous To Change Install Purchased this mop now twice. Due to our Wal-Mart always out of stock on other choices. The white scrubber at the top of the mop curls up and peels off after the 2nd use. The worse part about this mop has to be installing a new mop head. What seems like an easy switch out is anything but. The plastic zip tie securing one side of the mop is the part I can't stand. If you don't attach just right it's almost impossible to fix due to the zip tie.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rubbermaid lost its quality I bought the mop almost 2 years ago and I loved it. The head was white and different. It was sturdy and the fabric was heavy. It lasted until last month and I didn't think twice before looking for a refill, because that mop was simply fantastic. I've found only the blue refill head, almost as expensive as a new mop, but that was ok. I brought it home and during the first use, NIGHTMARE. Blue lint everywhere, it didn't squeeze like before (too much water left) and that little sponge it has right in the middle simply came off on the first use and without scrubbing any stubborn stain. (The previous head was destroyed after absolutely perfect results and reliability for almost 2 years of heavy use and the sponge was still there. Ok, then I had the stupid idea to wash the mop. It's new, right, so some lint is normal. I tossed it in my washer. One month have past and I still find blue lint on my clothes. I'll probably have to replace my washer. And guess what. After 20 washes the mop (only wash, without use) the mop head is practically dissolving, releasing even more lint. Gosh, I was so happy with my mop, why Rubbermaid changed It? It was the best mop I've ever used in my life and now it's the worst mop ever sold in the US. Rubbermaid should recall that product and bring back the older version of it. Oh, and I also had the reveal spray mop. It was amazing but again, it broke after almost 2 years of very heavy use and it broke only because of me, not because of quality issues. I bought a second one sure that it would be as amazing as the first one. It broke in pieces literally on the very first push on my laminate floors. It went to the dumpster together with its packaging. Trust Rubbermaid again? Very difficult, nearly impossible. I didn't even try to contact the manufacturer because I can imagine it will be a waste of my time, according to other reviews I've read here.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great mop I use several of these mops on the job, but have trouble with the newer replacement heads. I Wish they made one like they used to, non commercial, lighter fibers. Other than that, they are awesome, and easy to use, easy to replace the mop heads. One of the girls has a hard time wringing them out, and we had to get rid of her favorite mop head because it was worn out! Please think about bringing the old one back
