Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great containers with a catch Wonderful containers, but without gasket replacements they're just high priced trash.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed there are no replacement parts Same issues as other people below: lost the gasket so the bottles leak and the straw doesn't stay on. I believe Rubbermaid used to offer replacement parts for this bottle, what happened? So much for being environmentally friendly. I have thrown out what is supposed to be a reusable water bottle into the garbage...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Straws We bought 4 of these for night table water so we didn't have to share out water with our cats as we did with open containers. They work great except for the straws which don't stay on anymore. i would like to buy replacements but don't know where to get them. Please advice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Love idea--poor performance when gasket gone Like a lot of other here, I love the idea of these; however, like others, when the gaskets/white ring inside the lid are lost, the bottle leaks. Out of 4 bottles, we have only 1 with a gasket no matter how careful my hubby is when washing. I have tried to find replacement gaskets and they aren't available--seems like an easy fix for Rubbermaid: offer gaskets as replacement parts--and at a price that is affordable, less than buying a brand new bottle!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for baby transitioning off bottles This is the only cup my baby would drink from when we tried to transition her off a bottle. Our Occupational Therapist actually recommended it and I am so glad she did! There are a lot of small pieces with this thing though, so we always hand wash those right away and set in a safe place so they doesn't get lost. We have ruined a couple straws from them falling in the garbage disposal too. But, I'm not sure what else people are having a hard tim with! We've used these for almost a year and they have been great. The white part on top is usually the culprit if fluid isn't coming out-- it may have not been put back in correctly after washing, and it has to be firmly in place, and the white straw has to be pushed all the way back for fluid to come out-- this may be an issue people think is a malfunction, but it's really just operator error imo. Once you figure out those things, it's simple to use. There are easier to wash sippy cups out there with less pieces, but, I do love these cups because of their design and ease of use for young kids! They were a lifesaver for our daughter and many other kids in feeding therapy who have difficulty using a normal sippy cup or regular glass.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from top part fell off by itself within a week I love Rubbermaid products. But I'm super disappointed with this one. With no more than a week's use, the top fell off on its own and got lost. My kid got very upset when noticing that at school.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great idea. Bad Execution. I bought my son and daughter each 2 of these so we didnt have to pay for juice boxes and to ease up on the recyclables we were sending to school. Not even two days and they all stopped working. Not able to suck through the straw like there is a hole in the straw but there isn't. From what im reading there is some sort of gasket that can wash off pretty easy rendering the container useless for its purpose.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Like the idea, but straws crack I really like the idea of these juice boxes but the straws have started to crack. It's hard to find replacement straws in Canada and I'm not paying $2 a straw (minimum). For a little bit more I could just replace the whole thing, which defeats the entire purpose. It's also really hard to find a regular straw in the store that would fit.
