So we can promptly resolve it for you. Most items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund (freight costs not included). Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition.

Please retain your return tracking information. Rubbermaid will not be liable for items that are lost in transit or not returned to the proper address.
