Rubbermaid ships to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Depending on the product(s) being purchased, your order will be delivered via FedEx Ground for smaller items, or a common LTL truck carrier for larger items (See surcharge information below).

Your order may be shipped from one or more of our warehouses for faster service. You can expect to receive a shipment confirmation email, complete with tracking information, when your purchase has left our warehouse.

Expect delivery to arrive within 7-10 business days. For larger items, our common truck carriers will use the Delivery Contact Number provided during the Checkout process to schedule a delivery appointment, if required.

** Please note that the carrier, for larger items shipped, may charge you a storage fee if delivery is not completed within 48 hours. The carrier is contracted to deliver only to the curbside of your address, and cannot provide inside delivery (over the threshold) as part of their service. For this reason, especially for oversized items, we recommend that you have help available to move the item to its final location.

Some large items require a shipping surcharge to be added to the order due to the nature of LTL delivery. Items with a delivery surcharge have the surcharge shown directly below the product. You will also see the surcharge fee during the shopping cart and checkout process. Shipping surcharges are additional to the standard shipping rates & fees.

At Rubbermaid your satisfaction is our goal. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at Toll-Free: (866) 271-9249 - Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern. So we can promptly resolve it for you. Most items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund (freight costs not included). Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition.

Please retain your return tracking information. Rubbermaid will not be liable for items that are lost in transit or not returned to the proper address.

Important note: Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the shipper or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
